System Support services are for those systems that have been developed in-house and are currently being used to support UDOT's business.  Our services include: customer support (by phone or email), system administration (setting up users and their roles), training, managing maintenance issues, managing system enhancements and managing data integration with other business systems.

Project Professional 2013

Microsoft's Project Professional 2013 application is utilized by UDOT's Program Managers and Project Managers to assist in developing a plan, assign resources and analyze workloads.  Project Professional is a licensed application and requires a license to be installed.  Project Professional is integrated with ePM and pushes ePM user account information into Project Professional and into the Project Management Office (PMO) applications for resource assignment.  Project scheduling data is constantly being transferred to and from ePM and PMO.
