Preconstruction Advertising Status Banner

Purpose: Provides detail for the Preconstruction Advertising Status banner metric
Data Source: ePM
ePM PIN Status: Scoping, Active, Concept Development
What and How are the Metrics Created?
Each metric in this banner compares the Committed Advertising Date with Today's Date. These date difference are calculated so the projects' advertising status can be monitored and action taken when necessary. Each metric in the Schedule Banner is created by filtering the large dataset in a specific manner to achieve the desired result. There are four different metrics in the Banner and the way the data is filtered to create them can be seen below:
  • Past due: The PDL field is filtered for only responses with a yes (Y), and the Schedule field is filtered for only responses that are past due "Past Due"
  • To advertise within 60 days: The PDL field is filtered for only responses with a yes (Y), and the Schedule field is filtered for only responses with "<60 days from today"
  • Advertising date more than 60 days out: The PDL field is filtered for only responses with a yes (Y), and the Schedule field is filtered for a only responses with ">60 days from today"
  • No comm./adv due date: The PDL field is filtered for only responses with a yes (Y), and the Schedule field is filtered for only responses with "no comm adv/due date"
